Return Policy

You may return products sold to you by DGB Entertainment within 30 days of purchase. Returned products should be new and unopened, returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error occurred on our end.
Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number and instructions before sending your package. Once DGB Entertainment receives the returned product, we will issue a refund to your credit card or other means of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
Non-returnable items include products missing
their UPC number or product code, gift certificates, and products
purchased from sites/stores other than DGB Entertainment.
Exchanges
If the product you received is defective, you
may exchange it for the same item through your customer account.
However, we do require that you return the defective item to us at your
expense so we can return it to the manufacturer.
Refunds & Shipping Errors
In the event that the wrong address is provided
to DGB Entertainment or that customers do not pick up their packages
from their PO Boxes or mail boxes, and if customers move and do not
provide the current address, DGB ENtertainment will notify customers as
soon as the packages are returned by the Postal Service. If a refund
is desired, DGB Entertainment will refund the cost of the order minus the
shipping cost. If customers would like for the order to be re-sent to
a newly provided and corrected address, the shipping cost will need to
be charged again.
Shipping Policy
DGB Entertainment offers USPS Priority Mail as our exclusive shipping partner in order to provide a low cost flat rate service: Standard Shipping is service via United States Postal Service. The cost is $3.95 per order. Using this method, your order will be sent either Media Mail or First Class mail. Generally this option will get your order to you within 4-14 days (depending on distance and USPS’s service).
Please note that no
insurance is offered for Standard Shipping or Priority Mail shipping
methods with the United States Postal Service. DGB Entertainment is not
responsible for any theft or damages of orders delivered to you. |
